How do I create an account?

You can create different types of accounts:

1. Zaimea Groups Account: Register here
2. Documentation Access: No account needed - all docs are public
3. GitHub Access: Star and follow our GitHub repositories

Is Zaimea Groups really free?

We offer a free forever plan with:

• Up to 3 users
• 1 group
• 5 projects
• Basic time tracking
• PDF reports (limited)

For unlimited users and advanced features, check our Professional and Enterprise plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel anytime from your account settings. For paid plans, you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades and at the end of your billing cycle for downgrades.

We have a mixed approach:

• Open Source: All our Laravel/PHP packages are MIT licensed
• Source Available: Zaimea Groups code is not open source
• Commercial: Custom development and Enterprise features

Can I self-host Zaimea Groups?

Currently, Zaimea Groups is only available as a hosted SaaS solution. Self-hosting is being considered for future Enterprise plans.

How do I report security vulnerabilities?

Please report security issues to security@zaimea.com. We run a bug bounty program with rewards for critical vulnerabilities.

Do you accept pull requests?
